We’ve all heard about those “dark nights of the soul:” the occasional bouts of hopelessness and sadness that seem to visit during the night. Often when we greet the new day, we find our spirits lifted and the darkness fades.
But what do you do when the dark night of the soul lasts into the morning, when the heaviness lingers, when the surise doesn’t chase away the sorrow?
